Payment Methods
We offer several convenient ways to pay for your order:
Credit / Debit Cards
✔ Accepted securely via our order portal.PayNow Transfers
✔ After submitting your order, open your bank’s PayNow app.
✔ Scan the QR code at the bottom of this page or key in our UEN: 53487831L (Simply Create SCSG).
✔ Enter the total amount in the Amount field, and your Order Number in the Message field.This helps us identify and confirm your order quickly.

Delivery
We prepare every customised order with care.
Processing Time: Please allow 3–4 working days for us to create your order (this does not include delivery).
Local Delivery: Once ready, delivery will take an additional 2–3 working days.
Urgent Orders: Need it sooner? We offer express processing with a 10% surcharge on your total order.
We use Ninja Van for all our deliveries. Please note that delivery may be restricted to certain areas. You can check the full list of restricted areas here.

Self-Collection
Currently, we do not offer self-collection services.

Returns & Exchanges
We offer refunds for faulty and incorrect items.
Faulty Item: If your item has a defect, please take a photo of the affected area and provide your order number. Send it to us via email or WhatsApp, within 7 days of receiving your order.
Incorrect Item: If you received the wrong item, please take a photo and provide your order number. Send it to us through email or WhatsApp, within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please note that colours, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to screen displays or the handmade nature of customisation. These conditions will not be considered as a defect.
We are not liable for errors in personalisation if the details provided by the customer are incorrect.
