1. Orders & Customisation
All customised items are made based on the details you provide. Please double-check spellings, dates, and design choices before confirming your order.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be modified or cancelled.
2. Processing & Delivery
Standard processing time is 3–4 working days (excluding delivery).
Local delivery takes an additional 2–3 working days.
Urgent orders can be arranged with a 10% surcharge on the total order.
3. Payment
We accept credit/debit cards via our order portal.
For PayNow transfers, please PayNow to our UEN (53487831L) and include your order number in the remarks.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Refund will be provided for faulty or incorrect items only.
To request a refund, please send a photo of the issue via email or WhatsApp.
5. Liability
Colours, textures, and sizes may vary slightly due to screen displays or the handmade nature of customisation.
We are not liable for errors in personalisation if the details provided by the customer are incorrect.
If the customer chooses to opt in for permanent adhesive, please note that we are not liable for any damage to walls, furniture, or surfaces resulting from application or removal.
6. Store Rights
We reserve the right to update or change our terms and conditions at any time.
Prices, products, and services may be adjusted without prior notice.
We are not liable for items that may not be suitable for your event.
7. Content ownership and use of content
By placing an order, you grant Simplicity Days permission to use photos of your customised items for promotional purposes (website, social media, marketing).
Customers and guests may view, transfer, share, and store content from Simplicity Days for personal use. However, all ownership and intellectual property rights of this content remain with Simplicity Days.
All content created by Simplicity Days that is published or shared on any platform must be properly credited to us. We reserve the right to take legal action against any unauthorized use of our content.
